PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable plural users to easily update table form design information. SOLUTION: In a data base system provided with a data base where each design information of a design object is added to each item on spreadsheet software to perform registration and management, a table information register means 33 stores table information and issues auxiliary key information when table information for information extraction is generated from the side of each terminal device. A table constitution extraction means 34 takes in required design information from the data base 1 through an access means 35 on the basis of stored table information and converts these design information to those in a table form, and auxiliary key information and key information of the extraction order are added by a key information addition means 36, and these design information are returned to the terminal device. When update information including key information for extraction information is outputted, the terminal device compares key information of this update information with change point information of change contents including successive key information for update from each terminal device, and pertinent design information is updated if update information has the latest key information.
