PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment excellent in operability easy to attach and detach an electronic equipment main body to/from a charger stand, and capable of realizing charging with a stable terminal contact pressure by surely housing and locking the electronic equipment main body in/to the charger stand. SOLUTION: While this electronic equipment 1 is housed and locked in/to a housing recessed part 2o of a charger stand 2, main body side charging terminals 1h and 1h of the electronic equipment main body 1 are butted to charger stand side charging terminals 2j and 2j of the charger stand 2 so that the electronic equipment main body 1 can be charged by the charger stand 2. Wile the electronic equipment main body 1 is housed in the housing recessed part 2o of the charger stand 2, and set at the charging position, a magnetic attraction generated between a magnet 2m provided at either the electronic equipment main body 1 or the charger stand 2 and a metallic plate 1i provided at either the electronic equipment main body 1 or the charger stand 2 is set so as to be made strong enough to apply a prescribed contact pressure between the main body side charging terminals 1h and 1h and the charger stand side charging terminals 2j and 2j, and to lock the electronic equipment main body 1 at the charging position of the charger stand 2, and so as to be made smaller than the weight of the charger stand 2.
