SOLUTION: Transmission base band signals multiplied by a coefficient for antenna directivity setting and gain control signals are outputted from a base band signal generation part 107 to a transmission power amplifier 114, and the transmission base band signals are amplified by a gain, corresponding to the gain control signals in the transmission power amplifier 114 and transmitted from an antenna 102. The output signals of the amplifier 114 are attenuated corresponding to the gain control signals in an ATT 118, the error of the amplitude and phase of the input signals of the amplifier 114, and attenuation signals turned to the same frequency in frequency conversion parts 120 and 121 is obtained in an amplitude/phase comparison part 110, and the transmission base band signals and the gain control signals are corrected so as to eliminate the error in a phase/amplitude correction part 108.
