PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a degree of freedom for an advertisement displaying method, and to easily cope with a change such as an advertisement efficiency, by arranging an illumination control means for controlling to turn on-off a light source for plural advertisement display blocks according to an illumination control method set by an illumination control method setting means. SOLUTION: An illumination mode setting switch group 25 has an individual block illumination control switch 25c functioning when an individual mode is set, which performs individual illumination control of advertisement display blocks by block by a control unit setting switch 26a. The controller 25 is provided with, for example, a microprocessor and memory, a power supply control part for lamps 17-1-17-4, etc. The controller 25 has also a built-in software timer. The controller 25 controls turning on, turning off, and flickering of the lamps 17-1-17-4 according to the contents set by an illumination mode setting switch part 26 while a DC power source is being supplied via an AC-DC converter circuit 24.
