PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio terminal for identifying a caller even in a situation that a user can not listen to an incoming call. SOLUTION: A storage part 60 is provided with a memory dial storage area 60a for storing dial data or data for identifying an incoming melody by making them correspond to the designation of incoming as telephone book data or a melody data storage area 60b for storing plural incoming melody data. An incoming information controlling part 70 allows a sounder 80 to reproduce and output an incoming melody or controls the drive of a back light 90 according to the instruction of a control part 100. The back light 90 illuminates a display part 30 and an operating part 50. The control part 100 which integrally controls each part is newly provided with a function for controlling the drive of the back light 90 according to a lighting pattern corresponding to the number of a transmitter at the time of incoming through the incoming information controlling part 70 in addition to a normal communication controlling function.
