PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording/reproducing device expanded in its use by enabling audio information to be transferred between an external equipment different from an audio player while the information recorded in a memory can be reproduced with the existing audio player. SOLUTION: The recording/reproducing device 100 is provided with the memory 1 storing the audio information in a digital data format, an output head 5 imparting the audio information read out from the memory 1 to the reproducing head of the audio player, a connector 12 connected to the external equipments 23, 24 excepting the audio player and for transferring the audio information between these external equipments and the memory 1 and a controller 2 controlling the read-out of the audio information from the memory 1 and the write-in of the audio information to the memory 1. |
