The invention concerns a method for assisting in the interpretation of sensitivity tests of micro-organisms to antimicrobial agents, comprising the following steps: for each of the resistance mechanisms of a predetermined micro-organism: measuring the minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of several antimicrobial agents for the micro-organism; graphically displaying the measured MIC in similar adjacent zones graded in MIC respectively associated with the antimicrobial agents; and graphically displaying in overlay with the measured MIC statistic MIC intervals corresponding to the antimicrobial agents and to the resistance mechanism.
