<p>An anchor bolt (1) which comprises an assembly formed of three sector members (10) equal to each other, each sector member having a protruded part (15) and a recessed part (16) capable of being engaged with those of the other sector member on first and second sides (11 and 12), respectively, wherein the sector members are transported, as a roll, into a relatively small-scale construction site where a transport route and working space are limited, three sector members are delivered from the roll, and each sector member is collected as a linear assembly material, the protruded part is inserted into the adjacent recessed part of the sector member, three sector members are locked to each other in a specified positional relation so as to form a continuous linear assembly material, the outer peripheral surface of the linear assembly material is pressed by a pressing roller, and a height difference part swelled to the outside at the engaged surface of each sector member is squeezed by the pressing roller, whereby the protruded part and recessed part are locked with each other in wedge state, and the sector members are formed integrally with each other so that they cannot be separated from each other, and thus the integrated sector member assembly is cut to any bolt length and supplied to a specified application as the anchor bolt.</p> |
