FIELD: power supply.SUBSTANCE: power supply device for load (1) has voltage source (2), certain number of switching stages (3) and control device (4). Switching stages (3) are connected to source (2) of DC voltage, load (1) and control device (4) so that load (1) is connected on basis of appropriate switching stages (3) control by means of control device (4) to DC voltage source (2). Switching stages (3) comprises field-effect transistor (5) and certain number of inertia-free diodes (9, 9'), connected anti-parallel to corresponding field-effect transistor (5). Field-effect transistors (5) have limit frequency (fG) to which they maximum can be operated. Each inertia-free diode (9, 9') has recovery time (T). For each switching stage (3) recovery time (T) of all inertia-ree diodes (9, 9'), connected anti-parallel to corresponding field-effect transistor (5), approximately correspond to inverse value of limit frequency (fG) of corresponding field-effect transistor (5). Control device (4) controls switching stages (3) at least by times, so that on basis of inaccurate matching power is reflected back into switching stages (3).EFFECT: technical result is possibility of operation nearby limit frequency.12 cl, 6 dwg |
