A system (fig. 1A, 1B) is provided for managing and evaluating personnel performance within a diverse and growing corporation, by simply and automatically creating inter-related links between an individual and other personnel with whom he/she interacts. The links branch out to include the individual's superiors, subordinates, peers, customers, and the individual. Feedback forms are automatically available to respondents related to the individual and status concerning completion of feedback reports is shown. Automatic links to remedial resources may be provided based on insufficient scoring. |
