Duvet with inner compartments has thicker central compartments flanked by tapering thickness side compartments

A duvet with down filling is improved by dividing the inside into compartments to prevent the filling from moving too far. A central strip of compartments is formed by sidewalls of a set height. The adjacent strips on each side of the central strip have lower, tapering sides to shape the edges of the duvet. This provides improved flexibility for the edges enabling the user to wrap into the duvet for improved comfort and warmth.
