The structural component has reinforcing elements in the form of hollow bodies (4, 5) behaving like a friable material, which fill the cross section of the shell at least on one part sector. They are permanently fixed to the inner wall (7) of the shell, which has a filling aperture (10) for filling it with the hollow bodies.
