A carrier based on trometamol, hydrochloric acid, water, propylene glycol, glycerol, stearic acid, glyceryl stearate palmitate and silicon oil is used in a muscle relaxant lotion to improve the penetration of natural active agents which improve blood perfusion. The muscle relaxant lotion comprises an active substance component (I) consisting of: (a) glycerol; (b) camphor oil; (c) menthol; (d) peppermint oil; (e) spearmint oil; (f) dwarf pine oil; (g) citrus oil; and/or (h) basil oil and a carrier (II) consisting of: (i) trometamol; (j) hydrochloric acid; (k) water; (l) propylene glycol; (m) glycerol; (n) stearic acid; (o) glyceryl stearate palmitate; and (p) silicon oil.
