<p>An identification number of a moving object is automatically set on a display brought in the moving object, and information on the moving object is set in the display. The invention relates to the transportation field including railroads and automobiles. When a portable display is brought into a train, the driver is not required to input an administration number such as the train number, but the moving object (train) is automatically correlated with an on-board terminal or a portable terminal brought into the train, and the administration number of the moving object is set in the on-board terminal or the portable terminal, thus lessening the load on the driver. A system including a plurality of moving objects comprises identification number storage means for storing an identification number for identifying each moving object, moving object position sensing means for sensing the position of each moving object, and collation notifying means for collating the position of each moving object from the moving object position sensing means and for notifying a moving object approaching another moving object of the moving object identification number in the identification number storage means.</p> |
