PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve skill efficiency of operation. SOLUTION: A model operation data input means 1 fetches the beforehand prepared another model operation data. An operation cut point detection means 2 detects a cut point being the stop of the operation in the model operation data. A partial operation data generation means 3 generates the partial operation data punctuating the model operation data at every cut point to generate the partial operation video data for a model operation display based on the partial operation data. A display time decision means 4 decides display times at every partial operation video data so that a model operation video is displayed prior to the times that a user is to operate. A partial operation video display means 5 displays respective partial operation videos on prescribed display positions according to the decided display times.
