<p>The invention relates to measuring equipment and more particularly to instruments used for contactless measurement of mechanical oscillations of machines, mechanisms and building structures. Phase-modulated oscillations [0,π/2] of a microwave frequency generator (1) are transmitted from an output of a phase modulator (9) to a controlled object by means of a transmitting antenna (2). Oscillations reflected from said object are collected by a receiving antenna (3) and supplied to an input of a microwave frequency bridge (6). Oscillations of the generator (1) are supplied to another entry of said microwave frequency bridge (6) and are used as a reference signal. Spectrums of emitted and reflected signals are shifted by a converter (7) into the area of zero frequencies. Selections from an output of an analog-digital converter (4) are sequentially recorded into two data arrays included in a computing device (5).</p> |
