<p>A method and a device for producing a double glazing unit, wherein two sheets of flat glass are moved horizontally to a space between first and second stages by a suction type push/pull means with a preset space kept between the two sheets of flat glass by a holding means and the lower edges of the two sheets of flat glass held by a guide means. A die moving vertically is disposed between the first and second stages. A resin material is ejected from the die to peripheral edges of the flat glass while the horizontal movement of the two sheets of flat glass and the vertical movement of the die are alternated to eject the resin material to peripheral edges between the two sheets of flat glass, whereby a resin spacer is formed on the peripheral edges of the two sheets of flat glass while the gap between the two sheets of flat glass is kept so that a double glazing unit is produced.</p> |
