A projection screen (10) and a method of transporting and installing the screen are described. The screen is made of a semi-rigid sheet material (2) which may be rolled up onto a tube (38) which is part of a turntable (30). The tube (38) is encased in panels (24, 22, 26) to form a casing (20) which protects the screen (2) during transport. The casing (20) is dismantled on-site and parts of the casing may be used in the installation of the screen. The mounted screen (10) comprises a cylindrical frame (4) to which the screen (2) is attached. |
