<p>Device (200) for locating an underground cable which has an electrical signal applied to it. First and second and antennae (202, 206) are disposed in an angular disposition one with respect to the other. A detector means (208) detects electrical signal arising from electromagnetic radiation due to the signal applied to the cable. The antennae (202, 206) are disposed such that when the device is level, they extend at angles from lower locations in angled relationship, the angle between each antenna and the horizontal being greater than zero and less than 90°.</p> |
