The shock absorber (400) for a clutch has a first rotary element fixed to a clutch shaft (110) extending from the clutch (100). A second rotary element fixed to a gear shaft (111) extends from the clutch and is coupled to the clutch shaft along a shared lengthwise axis. The first and second rotary element are aligned along a shared periphery on the shared lengthwise axis and can turn between a first and second relative position. A damper absorbs the power transmission impact when the two rotary elements turn from a first to a second relative position when the clutch is engaged.
