A method for manufacturing a window pane with a resin frame, comprising the steps of passing a formed product advanced from an extruding die through a formed space between a pressing roller provided on a floating frame of a pressing member and a window pane inserted into the lower part of the pressing roller, and pressing the formed product against the window pane by the pressing rollers, whereby a variation in adhesive strength can be prevented so as to uniformly integrate the formed product with the peripheral part of the window pane.
