摘要 PURPOSE: A method for processing a punching pin for a paper punch is provided which reduces loss of a raw material and enables unmanned automation by forming a groove on the material cut to a certain length in advance by pressing on the surface of a material to be processed on which a "V" shaped groove is to be formed using dies to a certain depth. CONSTITUTION: The method for processing a punching pin for a paper punch comprises a cutting and supplying process in which the cut round bar(1) is bitten and horizontally placed at an entrance of a forming processing groove(7) of dies(6) by a transfer holder after cutting a wire having a certain thickness which is evenly uncoiled as being passed through four straight processing rollers and feeding rollers in the coiled state to a certain length using a cutter; a forming groove forming process in which forming of a forming groove(11) is performed as the round bar(1) is being pushed and pressed into the forming processing groove(7) by advancing a groove forming punch(9) fixed onto the upper part of the punch holder using a punch holder which is operated back and forth as it is being ascended or descended, and chamfering is performed on the round bar(1) by a chamfer forming part(13) at the back side of the forming processing groove(7) formed on the dies(6) at the same time; a "V" shaped groove forming process in which a "V" shaped groove is formed on the round bar(1) while the forming groove(11) formed on the round bar(1) is being pressed and pushed by the "V" shaped groove forming punch in the state that the "V" shaped groove forming punch is conformable with the forming processing groove(7) of the dies(6) on a cross line by ascending a punch holder so that a "V" shaped groove forming punch at the lower part of the punch holder is advanced; and a discharging process in which the round bar(1) positioned inside the forming processing groove(7) of the dies(6) is pushed and dropped down as a discharging pin(15) which is inside a discharging hole(14) at the back side of the dies(6) is being advanced.
