PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive baseboard not deteriorating an attaching state even when attachment and detachment are repeated by fixing a baseboard receiving body constituted of an elastic metal plate and providing an elastic supporting and engaging projection part, and fitting and locking the baseboard body providing an engaging recess part. SOLUTION: A baseboard receiving body 1 is made of stainless steel plate, and processed in the form of a cross sectional dogleg shape. The upper end of the baseboard receiving body 1 and the upper end of a notch part 8 is bent so that a projection part faces the indoor side respectively, and an upper elastic supporting and engaging projection part 2 and a lower elastic supporting and engaging projection part 3 are formed. The baseboard body is indented so that an upper engaging recess part and a lower engaging recess part are extended in the horizontal direction respectively. The baseboard receiving body 1 is fixed on a wall face by utilizing nail holes 9 at intervals of several tens of cm, and the upper elastic supporting and engaging projection part 2 and the lower elastic supporting and engaging projection part 3 of the baseboard receiving body 1 and the upper engaging recess part and the lower engaging recess part of the baseboard body 5 are fitted and locked. Thereby adhesion to the wall face is excellent, and an inexpensive baseboard receiving body not deteriorating an attaching state can be obtained even when attachment and detachment are repeated.
