PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cement accelerator with a short aging period because, if the aging period is long, the rotation of formworks for the production of a concrete product is not efficiently performed and bleeding is caused. SOLUTION: The cement accelerator is prepared by compounding 10 to 50 pts. wt. of an acidic salt of aluminum, 10 to 50 pts.wt. of carbonates of alkali metals to 100 pts.wt. of lime. The cement accelerator is mixed by >=0. 5% in cement. Thereby, the obtained cement can be released from the formwork in about 2 to 3 hours and bleeding can be prevented. |
