PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove, that is, scrape away or scoop up materials to be crushed by simple constitution and a low cost, by taking an opportunity for interfering the materials bittern at the time of the reversal of a cutter edge. SOLUTION: A crusher 7a is provided with: a pair of cutter devices 9 and 10 juxtaposed by plural cutter blades 9a and 10a relatively rotatably at every step of two vertical steps in a horizontal direction, and alternately arranged by the respective blades 9a and 10a of the respective steps, and unsuitably charged material removing members 16 and 17 on the charging side of materials to be crushed, arranged so that the tip can near the blades 9a and 10a of the respective vertical steps, and for removing the materials returned to the charging side at the time of the inversion of the blades 9a and 10a.
