PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a crack of an iron core and a case, make compactness obtainable, while heat radiation between the iron core and the case is ensured. SOLUTION: A content member 3 comprising an iron core 1 and coils 2, 6, 7 is stored in a metal case 4, between the content member 3 and the metal case 4 is charged with an insulating resin 5 except in a part directly opposing the iron core 1 and the metal case 4, and a cushion layer 9 is provided between the iron core 1 and the metal case 4 in a part directly opposing the iron core 1 and the metal case 4.
