PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a heating-receiving area by a heating coil by forming the coil by winding a coil wire onto a rotary cylinder slantingly in the axial direction of the cylinder without contacting the cylinder. SOLUTION: The heating coil of an induction heating means 9 is wound onto the outside of rotary cylinders 2 on both end sides of a heating jacket 3 by keeping a minute distance from the cylinder 2 without contacting the cylinder 2 to keep the temperature at both end sides of the cylinder. The heating means 9 is formed by winding a coil wire 9a onto the outside of the cylinder 2 slantingly in the axial direction of the cylinder 2, and the cylinder 2 is heated by supplying an alternating current between terminals 9b, 9c. By slanting the heating coil, the width of a heated part is increased from W1 to (W1+W2) by the rotation of the cylinder 2.
