PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the transfer efficiency of vegetables onto a vehicle for movement and improve the efficiency of harvesting operations by increasing the transfer speed of a conveyor when the amount of the vegetables transferred with the conveyor is increased. SOLUTION: This vegetable harvester is obtained by installing a vehicle for movement having a mobile device, a conveyor for transferring vegetables onto the vehicle for movement, a detecting means 42 for the amount of the transferred vegetables capable of detecting the amount of the vegetables transferred with the conveyor and a conveyor speed controlling means 43 for changing the transfer speed of the conveyor based on results of detection with the detecting means 42 for the amount of the transferred vegetables.
