摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve amusement in a game by means of changing a display state by deciding the change state based on pattern data of one of pattern display parts and random number data and performing pattern change in a game machine where the pattern change is started when prize winning of a game ball is detected. SOLUTION: A display surface of a dot matrix type display unit 15 is vertically divided in two and an upper half part is divided into three so that the surface is totally divided into four pattern display parts. When a game ball wins a prize at a start port, the patterns are changed at high speed by a slot machine system in the four pattern display parts, the respective patterns are successively stopped and it is judged whether or not the stop patterns are the prescribed big hit display ones. In this case, change operation of the patterns is executed by inputting pattern data outputted by prescribed period to the display unit 15 with a display circuit and the change state is decided based on the pattern data of one of the pattern display parts and random number data. Then a big prize winning port is opened when the stop patterns after the pattern change are the big hit display.
