PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an antifungal agent which is effective to medicineresistant fungi such as fungi belonging to the genus Arthrinium and the genus Chaetomium, can directly be added to drinks, and is highly effective and safe, to provide a low acidic drink which contains the antifungal agent and is packed in a heat-nonresistant container, and to provide a method for producing the low acidic drink. SOLUTION: This antifungal agent effective to medicine-resistant fungi contains the organic solvent extract of liquorice or its water extraction residue. The low acidic drink packed in a heat-nonresistant container contains the antifungal agent. The method for producing the low acidic drink packed in a heat-nonresistant container comprises adding the antifungal agent in a process for producing the low acidic drink and then charging the low acidic drink into the heat-nonresistant container in an aseptic state. |
