PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple trophically conditioned food having no risk of attacks of diseases caused by life habit nor fear of promoting senescence. SOLUTION: This simple trophically conditioned food is obtained by kneading a mixture of brown rice, steamed and mashed purple sweet potatoes containing an anthocyanin pigment, soybean flour, skim milk, dried-bonito powder, roasted and brayed black sesame, steamed and mashed foliaged-carrot, green tea powder, mashed ginger, fermented soybean paste and crushed raw sugar, shaping the mixture into a proper form and baking the resultant in a casserole. |
