<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent formation of bubbles or foaming and manufacture a dental casting with a smooth surface by solving a surfactant with antifoaming property in alcohol to adjust a finishing agent for a wax pattern. SOLUTION: For manufacturing dental casting products, a wax pattern 12 is fixed to the tip of a central projecting part 10a of a rubber-made truncated cone 10 through a sprue line 11, and the surface of the wax pattern 12 is coated with a finishing agent for wax pattern. The finishing agent for wax pattern is adjusted from a matter formed by dissolving a surfactant with antifoaming property in alcohol. As the surfactant with antifoaming property, polyether base matter is preferable. As the alcohol, isopropyl alcohol as a main component added with small amount of methyl alcohol or ethyl alcohol is preferable. Thus, drying ability is improved, and wettability of the surface of the wax pattern can be improved.</p> |
