PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative building material and the producing method free from occurrence of blot or ununiformity of a pattern. SOLUTION: The decorative building material is composed of an adhesive layer 3 formed on a base material 2, a transferred ink layer 5 structured by forming the pattern on the adhesive layer 3 by transferring and a clear layer 6 formed on the transferred ink layer. In such a case, each layer is structured by containing an electron beam setting resin and satisfies a relation that the molecular weight of the electron beam setting resin of each layer is (transfer ink layer) > (adhesive layer) > (clear layer).
