PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thoroughly spread heat to the whole body of a food, simplify the structure, and make the assembly/disassembly possible by arranging an air inlet and a handle protruding port on the peripheral wall of a combustor, forming a heat source section at the central section, and forming an air passage, through which air taken in from the air inlet passes, on the bottom plate of the heat source section. SOLUTION: For this food baking device, a receiving tray 1, an air adjusting ring 2, a combustor 3, a lower skewer insertion utensil, an upper skewer insertion utensil, and a case 6 are assembled. Then, for the combustor 3, an air inlet 10 and a handle protruding port 11, through which an operation handle 9 protrudes, are arranged on the peripheral wall. Also, on the combustor 3, an insertion section, which can be engaged/disengaged with the engaging utensil 32 of the receiving tray 1, a stopper 41, which prevents the combustor 3 from accidentally rotating when hitting the engaging utensil 32, and a supplementary handle 42, which can be gripped when the operation handle 9 is operated, are arranged. Also, at the central section, a heat source section is formed, and on the bottom plate, an air passage, through which air taken in from the air inlet 10 passes, is formed.
