PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the amount of a detergent soln. to be mixed to a washing soln. in constant regardless of a liq. level in a detergent soln. tank. SOLUTION: In the device, the detergent soln. in the detergent soln. tank. 6 is induced by the washing soln. and sprayed from spray guns 4 to 4" as a detergent aq. soln. In this case, solenoid valves 13 to 13" for selecting whether the detergent soln. is induced or not are opened or closed for a prescribed number of times during the spraying of the detergent and also the time ratio of the opening-closing required for one opening-closing is controlled. In such a way, the amount of the detergent soln. to be induced is always kept in constant regardless of the liq. level in the detergent soln. tank 6.
