PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self fueling system wherein fueling can be easily and safely performed using a telephone. SOLUTION: A POS terminal 2 connected to an oil feeder 3 is provided at a gas station, and an order center 4 which can be connected with each POS terminal 2 via a communication line (telephone line 5) is also provided. The order center 4 is equipped with a guide function for transmitting a guide for operating the feeder 3 via a voice signal and/or a display signal, and also equipped with a control signal transmission/reception function for transmitting/ receiving a control signal for controlling the oil feeder 3. At the time of fueling, a user calls the order center using a telephone (cellular telephone 1) and specifies the oil feeder 3 used at the gas station. The order center 4 transmits a guide for operating the oil feeder 3 to the telephone 1 via the guide function and uses the control signal transmission/reception function to transmit/receive the control signal via the communication line with the POS terminal 2. The oil feeder 3 is equipped with a fueling operation function for performing fueling as the user performs pushbutton operation according to the guide received by the telephone.
