PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective cooling for a beverage in a beverage bottle by a small, simple structure. SOLUTION: A cap 3 is attached to the upper section of a cylindrical container 1 sealing a substance 2 to be cooled, and a handle section 4 is provided on the upper section of the cap 3 to form a cold-insulating tool, which is inserted into a beverage bottle with a fine mouth to easily deal with the cooling operation. The cap 3 is set to be removable from the cylindrical container 1 and the cap selected from various kinds of design is combined. When a pouring opening is formed, a beverage can taken in the state of setting a cold- insulating tool. For freezing, the cold-insulating tool is inserted through a plate with hole disposition and stored therein.
