PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the removal of seeds of a pumpkin as well as the peeling thereof by providing a knife blade tip part so as to be largely protruded from a handle in a mountain spatula shape, interposing a spacer in a connection part of the middle of opposed edges of the handle, and mutually connecting opposed edges in a non-welding structure. SOLUTION: A handle 1 is formed so as to have a handle part 11 made of a metal plate and bent in U-shape and a connection part 12 for mutually connecting the opposed edged in the narrowed middle part of the handle part 11. The connection part 12 is provided by inserting rivet shafts protrusively provided on both ends of an aluminum spacer body to the shaft holes of the handle part 11, and caulking the shaft end parts. The forward part from the connection part 12 of the handle part 11 is extended to install a blade 2 between tip parts 112. The blade 2 is formed of a contact plate 21 and a knife blade 22. The knife blade 22 is arranged with an inclination of a proper angle to the contact plate 21, and a clearance 23 is provided between the contact plate 21 and the blade plate 22, and a blade plate tip part 221 is formed so as to be largely protruded from the handle part 11 in a mountain spatula shape.
