PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bedding and clothes or the like from being stained by absorbing perspiration and urine, and make a bedsore hard to occur by using a fabric, which is water-permeable and has a water dispersing property, as a face fabric, and a fabric having air-permeability as a rear fabric respectively, and arranging an intermediate fabric comprising a nonwoven fabric, on which a water-repellent treatment is applied, between the face fabric and the rear fabric. SOLUTION: For this air-permeable waterproof sheet, a fabric, which is water- permeable and has water dispersing property, is used for a face fabric 1, and a fabric having air-permeability is used as a rear fabric 2 respectively. Then, between the face fabric 1 and the rear fabric 2, an intermediate fabric 3 comprising a nonwoven fabric, on which, a water-repellent treatment is applied, is arranged. Then, these three fabrics are integrated by sewing 4 or welding by a pin sonic method so that they may not separate. For the face fabric 1 with which skin comes directly in contact, a knitted fabric or a woven fabric made of polyester or cotton or the like, which has a proper stretchability, is used. For the rear fabric 2, a knit fabric or a woven fabric made of polyester or other synthetic fiber is used. For the intermediate fabric 3, a nonwoven fabric made of a synthetic fiber such as polyester is used.
