NON-COMBUSTIBLE CORE MATERIAL AND HEAT INSULATING WALL USING THE SAME AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-combustible core material having high strength and capable of forming a non-combustible heat insulating layer efficiently and a heat insulating wall using the non-combustible core material and a construction method therefor. SOLUTION: A heat insulating wall 10 in which a heat insulating layer 20 is constituted by a honeycomb-shaped non-combustible core material 24 and an inorganic heat insulating material 22 containing inorganic foaming particles is formed. The non-combustible core material 24 used to keep the inorganic heat insulating material 22 in a space of a cell 24a is used as the non-combustible core material 24. According to the construction method for the heat insulating wall 10, the core material 24 is bonded on an uncured mortar layer 16 which is not hardened yet on a wall bed 12 to fix the core material 24 due to hardening of the mortar layer 16, and then the inorganic heat insulating material 22 is filled into the space of the cell 24a to form the heat insulating layer 20. Or, the core material 24 is immersed in a form in which the inorganic heat insulating material 22 which is not hardened yet is collected and is released from the form after the inorganic heat insulating material 22 is hardened to form a heat insulating panel, which is bonded on the mortar layer 16 which is not hardened yet on the wall bed 12 to harden the uncured mortar layer 16 so as to form the heat insulating layer 20.
