PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp capable of efficiently conducting pile extraction works. SOLUTION: The clamp has a shackle 1, a pair of link arms 3a, 3b rotatably connected at the lower end of the shackle and a pair of receiving seats 5a, 5b rotatably connected at each lower end of a pair of the link arms. A pair of the receiving seats are arrayed in approximately the same surface by closing a pair of the link arms and formed in a ring shape having a central opening 6 in fixed size when hanging operation is conducted through the shackle while being mutually connected so that the central opening is expanded by opening a pair of the link arms when pushing-up force is received from a lower section, and the clamp is proper to pile extraction.
