PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove reaction products such as salt, and the like, discharge the same outside, enhance smooth rotation of a movable shaft and prevent a sealing member from being damaged by attaching a scraping means, a crushing means, a stirring means and a coveying means for the reaction products on the movable shaft partly faced to an interior of a pressure resistant reactor and held in a sealed state. SOLUTION: When a reaction object matter is fed into a reaction chamber 12 of a pressure resistant reactor 11 through a feed pipe 26, the reaction object matter is reacted and reaction products are discharged through an outlet 16 via a bottom chamber 15. If salt, and the like, as the reaction products adhere on an inner surface of the reactor 11 or are deposited on the bottom chamber 15, a drive mechanism 12 is actuated to rotate a movable shaft 20. The deposited reaction products are crushed by an agitation blade 25 attached to the movable shaft 20 and the reaction products adhering on the inner face are scraped off by a scraper 31 attached to the movable shaft 20. At this time, water is supplied through fluid supply holes 23, 24 and the reaction products falling into the bottom chamber 15 are efficiently discharged outside though the outlet 16.
