PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the performance of a sonic head and to maintain the same performance among individual products by making it possible to cope with design changes by means of minimal design load while taking it into account that the shape of a probe has no limitations on design and to greatly reduce design costs by making it possible to standardize assembly. SOLUTION: This sonic head H1 has a ceramic vibrator 3 provided inside a metallic cap 31 so that ultrasonic vibrations generated by the ceramic vibrator 3 are imparted to a part of skin in contact therewith. In this case, a circuit board 40 and a heat radiator 45 which constitute at least a portion of a drive circuit applying a high-frequency voltage to the ceramic vibrator 3 are incorporated into the metallic cap 31.
