PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme bath which is based on the method of a fungus rearing fluid structure, which costs low to install and allows easy cleaning and maintenance. SOLUTION: This bath comprises a bathtub 1 and a bathing agent 4 filling the bathtub 1 and allows bathing by use of heat generated when the bathing agent 4 filling the bathtub 1 is fermented by the action of an enzyme. The bathtub 1 has a heat retaining space provided at least on the circumferential wall 3 of the bathtub 1 for enhancing the heat retaining property of the bathtub 1, and numerous indentations serving as the site of growth and propagation of the enzyme for fermenting the bathing agent 4 are provided on the surfaces of a bottom wall 2 and circumferential walls 3 forming the bathtub 1. The water content of the bathing agent 4 is adjusted by adding of a culture fluid for fungus and water, and the bathing agent 4 is thoroughly agitated whereby fermentation of the bathing agent 4 by the action of the enzyme is promoted. Thereafter, the bathtub is piled up in a trapezoidal shape and left intact to promote fermentation to elevate temperature to a bathing temperature.
