PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste incineration dumping vessel capable of reducing pollution by incinerating inflammable waste in an incineration facility within a hull, mixing concrete in ash making into materials to be dumped such as tetrapod or concrete block and dumping the materials in the sea. SOLUTION: This waste incineration dumping vessel 30 is provided with an inflammable waste projecting vessel tank 32, an incineration facility 34 for incinerating inflammable waste, a waste crane 33 with glove bucket as an inflammable waste projecting means for projecting inflammable waste into the incineration facility 34 provided within the inflammable waste projecting vessel tank 32, dumped material working part 36 for mixing concrete in ash and making into materials to be dumped such as tetrapod 35 or concrete block and a crane 37 as a dumping means for material to be dumped in the sea, within a hull 31.
