PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin cleansing preparation excellent in portability and comfortable in use owing to cleansing of the skin by taking its particles on the hand after adding a small amount of water to them with water by including a surfactant and granulating or tableting into granules each with a specific size. SOLUTION: This granular cleansing preparation is obtained by including a surfactant, and granulating or tableting into granules each with a size of 2-12 mm. As for the surfactant, an alkylsulfosuccinate, N-acrylglutamate, acryllactate or the like, as a kind of anionic surfactant, is preferably used. The amount of the surfactant to be included is preferably 10-80 pts.wt., more preferably 15-65 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the cleansing preparation. This cleansing preparation includes preferably a physiologically active ingredient as well as the surfactant. As for the physiologically active ingredient, e.g. an enzyme, moisturizer, bleaching agent, antioxidant,α-hydroxy acid (salt), extract from plant is preferably used.
