PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply make a knot for a bag even though the bag is filled with garbages of the like and to improve the efficiency and reduce the time for works by a method wherein tongue-shaped protuberances are provided at four edges at the upper part of a vinyl bag generally used at a household or a store. SOLUTION: A vinyl bag is mainly aimed at, and knot-forming allowance 1 sufficiently strong to sustain matters put in the bag and available for making a knot easily by simple tying are provided in the form of tongue-shaped protuberances at four edges at the upper part of the bag. In the case of normal vinyl bag, it is hard to gather up the upper edges of the bag for tying when the bag is filled up to its upper brim with garbages or the like. However, in the case of a bag 2 with knot-forming surpluses, the garbages or the like can be easily enclosed with the knot-forming allowance 1 simply tied up even though the bag 2 is filled with the garbages or the like. Thereby, the efficiency is improved and the time is reduced for collecting the garbages.
