PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform a dust collecting by a roll brush by intermittently rock rocking rods through a connecting rod at every rotation of a rear wheel, and scooping dust and dirt by a scooping-up plate, which is in contact with a smooth floor surface. SOLUTION: A spiral brush 2 is rotated by a driving device 3, and refuse is swept up in a dust box 6 and collected by this cleaning wheel. In such a cleaning wheel, a shaft 9 is laterally bridged at the rear section of a truck 1, and the base ends of rocking rods 10 are attached to the protruding end of the shaft. Then, the base end of a connecting rod 11, which comes into contact with a roller cam 14 disposed at an eccentric location on the hub surface of a rear wheel, and the base end of one rocking rod are coaxially attached. Then, a scooping-up plate 13 is laterally bridged between the tip ends of the rocking rods, and is located in front of the spiral brush.
