PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb external force as strain energy and reduce influence to a structure on foundation by having a bolt with an anchor and a hollow cylinder communicating with the opening part of both the ends and allowing the bolt with the anchor to expandably penetrate through the inside of the hollow cylinder. SOLUTION: A bolt 10 having an anchor 31 penetrates from one end of a hollow cylinder 32 to be buried under a foundation 20, and the upper end of the hollow cylinder 32 is arranged at the same position or more as the surface of the foundation 20. Then, the upper part of the bolt 10 penetrates a floor panel 40, a half sill 76 and a wall panel body 72, a having 42 is provided on the floor panel 40, a notch 77 is provided on the half sill 76, and a through hole 79 is provided. The bolt 10 penetrates the part of the wall panel body 72, and the body 72 is fixed on the foundation 20 by a washer 33 and a nut 34. The length of the expandable part of the bolt 10 is increased under the surface of the foundation 20, and strain energy capable of being storied in the anchor bolt 10 as compared with the conventional is increased. Thereby impact due to external force such as an earthquake and an avalanche is relieved and the structure can be protected on the foundation 20.
