PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing an aqueous solution of vitamins by stabilizing the aqueous solution of the vitamins or a liquid vitamin preparation unstable to light and to obtain a stable liquid vitamin preparation. SOLUTION: This method for stabilizing an aqueous solution of vitamins by formulating berberines in an aqueous solution of the vitamins and stabilizing the aqueous solution of the vitamins. The stable liquid vitamin preparation is prepared by including the berberines in a liquid vitamin preparation.
